Parts Replacement Promise Warranty (Warranty Terms)
All products offered through Nihon have been tested to verify proper operation and carry a no-cost Parts Replacement Promise Warranty. Our Parts Replacement Promise Warranty covers you in the event of mechanical failure due to defective material for a period of six (6) months.

Optional Service Agreements
Nihon also offers an Optional Service Agreement to cover parts and labor for a period of twelve(12) or twenty-four(24) months. Labor charges are determined by current labor time guides and are capped at a 50% of part price, to repair or replace due to product failure or breakdown.
